The whole of this cave is neither above water or underwater. To enter, one would have to swim to the entrance, under the surface of the lake. However, once swimming through the tunnel up, one would come to another surface of water, entering this damp, dark cave. There is biolumenescent fungi lighting the path all the way through, and this is where the dragon ruler of the Indigo Lake likes to reside.
