Can a rider's dragon claim a territory?

No, dragon territories are for wild dragons only. As dragon and rider are bonded for life, a rider's dragon ruling a territory would mean a rider also ruling that territory. And the territories are strictly for dragons. I plan on adding more territories for both people and dragons in the future.
