Water Dragons
Sky Dragons
Earth Dragons
Arcane Dragons
These dragons are skilled swimmers, but rather clumsy in the air. Some even have small, vestigial wings, and cannot fly at all. In manner they are graceful and patient, but with a tendency to be slightly arrogant. Their colors are mostly two-toned in blues, greens, and violets, but no matter what color, their scales always have a glisten rivaled by no other species. A lot of water dragons have fins or adapted tails that help them maneuver in the water.
Sky Dragons
These dragons are extremely skilled fliers, but somewhat clumsy on the ground. Most cannot swim at all. Their wings are the most noticeable part about them, as most of them are large and sometimes feathery. In manner they are optimistic and curious, but with a tendency to be flighty. Their colors are mostly light or faded, in lavenders, whites, or ceruleans. A lot of sky dragons have developed feathers, not in place of scales, but in tasteful areas between their scales; these feathers can be any color.
Earth Dragons
These dragons are sturdy in both flight and swimming, and are swift on land. Earth dragons are known for their stamina. Most of their bodies are proportionate and stable, with wings big enough to maneuver around in the air. In manner they are intelligent and protective, but with a tendency to be stubborn. Their colors are mostly dark and earthy, such as greens, browns, and blacks. Earth dragons are well rounded in all types of specialties, but are most of the time masters of none.
Arcane Dragons
These dragons are complete mysteries of the world. They can be any size, any shape, with any features known to dragonkind (and some that aren't). However, they are extremely rare, and most of the time are considered mutants among communities.
