Naraseren "A wandering spirit with a will to prevail" BasicsName;; Naraseren Age;; 50 Gender;; Male Species;; Human (to be rider*) AppearanceHair;; Black, shoulder length Eyes;; Brown Skin;; Fair Height;; Somewhat taller than average Weight;; Not heavier than reasonable (+ armour) Build;; Strong, hardened by walking the land in armour and wielding a greatsword Extra;; He is fond of Narasrit, his two handed greatsword. It is made of auburn colored steel and the guard is ornamented with braided brass wire inlay. InternalPersonality;; Naraseren knows no home. He wanders the land restlessly, whenever he comes across a village or town he stays for a day or two in the local tavern then moves on. He knows many tales, songs and fables and usually recites them, if for no other reason, to his own entertainment. He selflessly helps those in need wherever he goes. He has become a sort of legend in some regions, a misterious wandering hermit clad in scale armor and carrying a greatsword that stikes down the unjust. Some believe him to be a king seeking his lost realm, or a champion of some diety sent to aid the people. For how could such a phenomenon be simply a wandering fellow mortal? The PuppeteerOoc Name;; Naraseren is just fine Other Accounts;; None, as of yet Something Interesting About You;; I'm making a language for fantasy use like character, land and weapon names. (eg: Narasrit -> Old Iron) How You Got Here;; Randomly browsing

(I haven't seen Thrika or Brinzer in a while, so I hope they don't mind me filling in while they're gone)...
Does he have any magical abilities or do you plan on making him a rider? Just asking, because if it's "yes" to either of those, you should add it to the profile.
He looks good. I really like him, and I like how he recites tales, songs, and fables. That will make for an interesting character. I'd say he's accepted, though I'll need you to answer the magical abilities/potential rider question. After that, I'd say your free to rp with him - though technically you should wait for Thrika or Brinzer... I think it's safe to rp with him until one of them come back and comment on his profile.

*It is not mentioned° in the application sample nor in accepted non-Dragon characters that I need to indicate whether it is a Rider or not. (I double checked right before posting this.)
I actually do agree that it should be included in the form (e.g. Basics -> Class;; -> Rider / Fellow Simple Mortal) although by the time I filled in my char sheet it wasn't.
P.S. °Exception: In one case it was indicated in the thread title

Far enough. I say accepted and free to rp with while we wait for Thrika or Brinzer.

Slane: Thank you very much for being around and taking care of this. In the future, you can accept applications and stuff if we don't get around to them.
Naraseren: This application is officially accepted, although I'd like to point out that 50 seems rather old for a human to be starting as a rider, considering they have a normal lifespan. I suppose it can be done, but dragons tend to bond better with their riders when they are both young. 50 would be young for an elf, though. You don't have to change it, but I just wanted to make the suggestion.
Also, for future characters we'd like to see a bit more for the personality. Also, it is highly recommended for general character making that for each strength or two you give your character, you should point out a flaw or a fall back. You seem to have played up this character a little more than most like to see, so we just ask that when you roleplay him you don't make him always come across as that great, though he can certainly have whatever attitude he wants.
I hope this doesn't come across as too stoic and put you off the site. I'm really much nicer about stuff than I come across. c: If you have questions or anything always feel free to PM me and raise any concerns you may have.
In general: For future reference, it does not need to be indicated whether or not the character is or intends to be a rider, and humans can't start out having magick. Elves can, but as a species trait, and so that can be indicated in the personality. It also can't be anything major like the riders have. There won't be an addition to the application for either of those things.

He is intentionally this old, and still with my earlier idea he would be even older. I don't intend him to be so great a hero, rather a "raloh", or random local hero, overly praised by some 5-huts-sized peasant village for saving them from three or so petty bandits, with exaggerated speculations of his origins. I may rewrite it in the future, but I usually tend to develop a char's personality while roleplaying
